The Open Door When the new addition to our church was finished, most Sabbath School classes moved to new locations. However, two classes remained in the main sanctuary — the Romanian Class on the right side and Alton Cantarutti’s Class on the left. A class where the door is always open to visitors, latecomers, or someone just wanting to slide into a back pew inconspicuously. Alton’s class welcomes everyone. Alton follows the lesson quarterly in the traditional way, reviewing each day’s lesson in succession. He is more of a facilitator than a teacher, encouraging participation by asking volunteers to read Bible texts, then discussing what that means and how we can apply it to our lives. The class is small enough that it feels more like family worship that a SS class. Recently, we lost some of our family members, when two couples moved away. Now, it is not unusual for the visitors to out number the members. We love having visitors and getting acquainted with them. We would also love to have some more members join our class “family”. If you are looking for a class to join, come check us out. Our door is open to you. Welcome | Worship | Growing | Serving | Youth | Prayer | Media | Calendar | About Us |
