Pastor AngelBioPastor Angel grew up in Orlando, Florida but was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He has an older brother two years his senior, and an identical twin brother who still live in Florida. His dad was born in the Dominican Republic and he moved to Puerto Rico where he met his wife. They moved their family to the United States for more opportunity. Pastor Angel is a lover of sports. He enjoys playing basketball, football, volleyball, softball, basically anything that involves a ball. Having an adventurous spirit, one of his great passions is riding on two wheels, especially when it's sport bikes. At the age of thirty he celebrated by jumping with his twin brother out of a plane at 15000 feet. He also enjoys cliff jumping and is honing his talents on the wakeboard. Something that defines him is his desire to stay fit being that he used to be a personal trainer. He still trains regularly and enjoys helping others in achieving their fitness goals. He met the love of his life at Andrews where she graduated with a degree in International Business and Spanish. She also has her pilot's license. She is from the beautiful country of Croatia. Career Angel's academic career changed when he surrendered his life to God and got re-baptized on July 24, 1999 in Orlando Florida. From there he felt God directing him to Southern Adventist University were he attended from 2000-03, graduating with a degree in Theology. Following his graduation he was sponsored by Kentuky-TN Conference to go to Andrews University to obtain an MDiv. Following his post-graduate studies he began an internship in Lexington, Ky which lasted from January -August of 2006. During his internship he was called to interview here at Madison Campus for the Youth Pastor position. It has been an exciting two years since we have had the privilage of having Angel working with the youth, and him helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus.
